Instant capture,
instant recall.

Text SparkRecall like you'd text a friend. No app, no menus — just send a note and ask for it back when you need it. Here's every command, start to finish.

User Guide - The Commands

Four things to know

Send any of these in a text message. That's the whole system — no syntax to memorise.

01 · Capture

Save a thought

anytext
Saves it as a note — no symbols needed. e.g. "Sarah's daughter is called Aoife"
#JoeBloggs your text below
Saves a chunk — a titled group of notes. Put the title first (no space after #), then your text on the lines underneath.
02 · Recall

Find it again

? word
Finds it anywhere — across all your notes and chunks. e.g. "? Aoife"
?#JoeBloggs
Finds all those chunks and puts them together.
?#JoeBloggs word
Finds a specific word inside just those chunks and recalls them.
03 · Commands

Everyday shortcuts

/notes 2025-06
Notes from a whole month — or narrow to a single day with /notes 2025-06-01.
/refer
Your personal referral code — share and they'll thank you later!
/help
This guide, any time you need it.
04 · Housekeeping

Tidy up

/delete 5
Delete note 5.
/delete #JoeBloggs
Delete the whole JoeBloggs chunk.
/delete JoeBloggs
Delete any notes matching "JoeBloggs".

Don't worry — deletes always ask you to confirm first. Nothing vanishes by accident.

Good to know

Keep it light

SparkRecall is for quick notes — the kind you'd jot on a Post-it. Please don't save passwords, bank details, or card numbers.

Fair usage

There's a fair-usage limit, so you can't save or recall a thousand messages a day. Keep it short and brief — and remember, it's text only.
